friendly staff good air conditioning breakfast selection

the staff provided airport transfers and were very friendly. the hotel had good air conditioning, appreciated after exploring the city. breakfast in the courtyard offered a good selection of foods.

One day i waited outside for ten minutes because nobody was at reception. I had to call a number on the door.

serene environment airport transfer friendly staff luggage storage

I enjoyed the serene environment of the hotel. It reminded me of a quiet escape from the busy city. the complimentary airport transfer to the hotel was very helpful. the staff was friendly and eager to assist. being able to leave my luggage after checkout and use the facilities was a plus.

The location was a bit difficult to access because of the steep incline in the area. Taxi access was restricted.

the complimentary airport pickup was very helpful. the peacocks walking around the grounds were a delight. i also liked the complimentary sparkling wine served in the evening. the quiet location ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

amazing breakfast many choices cute staff

The breakfast was AMAZING. It was served until noon with MANY choices! Complimentary sparkling wine started at 6pm, so guests SOCIALIZED. The staff were cute upon my arrival.

The location was a LITTLE difficult to reach.

really good service good touch relaxing stay serene environment

The staff provided really good service. Their attention to detail was amazing. breakfast offered numerous selections and the coffee was enjoyable. i appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and cakes available throughout the day and the evening prosecco was a good touch. the serene environment of the hotel contributed to a very relaxing stay.

the hotel's location presents challenges for those with mobility issues. i really think the hotel should point out the extreme location and the fact that fifty percent of taxis flatly refuse to drive up to it.
